A Showcase of Exceptional Talent
WOW! house is not your typical show house- it spans an impressive 500 square meters within the Design Avenue and features 19 full-size rooms and outdoor spaces, each designed by world-class interior designers in collaboration with globally recognised brands and suppliers that we also use in our projects. I would say that it is an immersive journey into the minds of some of the greatest names in design and decoration…

The Evolution of WOW! house
Since its inception in 2022, WOW!house has continually raised the bar in design excellence. Its debut showcased the innovative potential of interior design, wowing thousands of visitors and receiving universal acclaim. By 2023, WOW!house had expanded, adding a Legend Room and a Terrace to its already impressive lineup. As a result, the show house quickly cemented its place as a must-visit event on the international design calendar.
The 2024 Lineup: A Glimpse into the Future
As we looked forward to WOW!house 2024, anticipation was building for the extraordinary creativity set to be unveiled. Featuring the work of 20 world-class interior designers and architects, this year’s exhibit promised to push the boundaries of design even further. These incredible spaces, brought together by the best in the business from all corners of the globe, are told to shape aesthetics and influence design directions for years to come. This made me think we are heading more and more towards maximalism, a design style rooted in a more-is-more philosophy. This means blending an eclectic mix of patterns, colours, textures, and objects.

A Personal Experience
Visiting WOW!house is more than just a visual treat; it’s a source of endless inspiration. While many of the rooms, although stunning, may not represent the exact style our clients desire for their homes, the experience has been invaluable for sparking new ideas and creativity.
Two standout spaces for us were the library designed by Chase Erwin & Andrea Benedettini and the primary bathroom by the House of Rohl and Michaelis Boyd. The library has an inviting ambiance with bespoke furniture, joinery, lighting, and an intricately designed ceiling that makes it a truly pleasant space. The bathroom, with its earthy green tones, arches, and a mural in a dome featuring a round bath, transported us to an Italian villa in Tuscany – it is simply heavenly.
