Brief: We were commissioned by Savile Row Travel — a luxury travel agency known for offering highly personalised, discreet travel arrangements to discerning clients — to completely reimagine their ground-floor customer hub in Henley-on-Thames. The brief was clear: move away from the traditional travel agency layout and create an environment that mirrors the bespoke, “anything is possible” ethos of their brand. The clients wanted a space that feels like an elite private members’ club — a sanctuary that is calm, intimate, and effortlessly elegant, fusing the meticulous heritage of Savile Row tailoring with the immersive luxury of spaces like Soho House. The atmosphere needed to immediately communicate trust, exclusivity, and expert curation.
