We currently offer a white glove delivery service in the UK only. Please note that shipping time is not included in our lead time and prices will be estimated once we know the items you wish to purchase and the delivery address.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@katiemalik.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Made-to-order or bespoke items are final sale and not eligible for a return or refund.
